The joys of Midwest living! How pretty is this? Hard to believe this picture was taken with a cell phone camera lol! I actually took this while I was waiting for Little Man to get out of school, I am sure years from now this picture will totally be different but for now it's totally neat to look at on a day like today!

Another Fall love right here! As I was walking out to my truck this afternoon I noticed this tree, I mean I have noticed it before of course, but today I actually remembered to take a picture of it lol!

Yet another thing that is awesome about this season is this snazzy coffee creamer right here! I am all about the flavored coffee creamers and each Fall/Winter I totally look forward to this guilty pleasure right here! It's just so uber yummy, I totally wish they'd sell it year round!!

Flashback Friday

It's been a little bit since I have done a Flashback Friday and today's is Little Miss ;) Oh my goodness I cannot believe how tiny she was, so adorable! I absolutely LOVED this fun cute outfit we had gotten from Cousin Amber and the little hair-bows were finally able to stay put in her hair! My o' my how time seriously flies!

Thankful Thursday

With it being November(I know I cannot believe it either) and Thanksgiving coming up, every Thursday will now be Thankful Thursdays :) There are really so many things that I am thankful for so this is going to be a lot of fun!
Today I am very very thankful for my wonderful family! My sweetie, stud of nature is truly my rock and makes me smile every day! I am so thankful he is such a hardworking, thoughtful, kind and loving man! He has given me so many great things in the almost 11 years we have been together and 2 of the best being our wonderful children! My little man and my little miss!! They both amaze me everyday, they are both so very smart, creative and artistic, the absolute perfect combination of the sweets and I!! So to my wonderful family, I am so very thankful for you today and every other day!!

Who wants to go trick-or-treating when you can have your picture taken with a couple of the Kansas City Chiefs cheerleaders?? Little Man thought this was the coolest thing ever getting his picture taken with these cheerleaders and said the game was the best day of his life lol! He really had such a good time and cannot wait to go to more games! Boy was it a good game too, a nail biter indeed!! He was home in time to do a little trick-or-treating but after seeing all the candy Little Miss got he said it was fine and he just wanted to head home, eat and go to bed!

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween from Little Miss Sassy Sparkle Witch! Hope everyone has a very safe and fun Halloween!

 The kiddos all ready for our towns Spooktackular :) They have been looking forward to this I think the whole month. With Little Man going to a football game on Halloween, he opted out of getting a costume this year. So he decided to go ahead and wear his mask from last year. As you can see Little Miss was not too happy as "Sassy Sparkle Witch" this evening lol! She had fallen asleep waiting patiently to go, so she was a bowl full of smiles when she was woken up lol! Her mood sure did change though as I put the camera down and we headed down to our community center. They got a good amount of candy, played games, played on the bounce activities and Little Miss even got her face painted! She originally wanted a spooky kitty and moon like what was on her outfit, but she opted for a spider in a spider web instead.

Little Miss all ready for her preschool's Fall Fest party! She was so excited getting together all the treat bags for her classmates and even more excited about her fun Black and Orange outfit for the last day of spirit week :)

Pumpkin carving goodness :) This is one of my favorite Halloween activities with the kiddos and the sweets, loving the finished products! The sweets decided that he would carve Jack from The Nightmare Before Christmas and he seriously did such an awesome job! He totally just looked at a picture on the computer, drew it on a piece of paper and then went to town! He is so awesome like that and it looks spot on! Little Man paid homage to the Kansas City Chiefs since that is where he will be spending Halloween with the sweets/dad! He did a awesome job too! Dad drew it out freehand as well and little man did the rest! Little Miss decided to go with a silly face as she called it, though she mainly did a few of the pokes of the pattern and then added some dot hair and mom did the rest, it was still fun for her! Minus of course taking the goo and seeds out of the pumpkin, "that is just so soooooooo very gross" she says! We had a new addition to our normal pumpkin clan and the Maama Jamma made her a snazzy ghostie pumpkin, it's so fun!! It was so neat to have her here sharing in the pumpkin carving fun! Lastly there is mine, the goofy face, simple and easy pumpkin! That's the way I like it!! It was a fun and rather long night, but these are the moments we treasure the most!!
